Basic maintenance refers to the maintenance and inspection of the deep loosening machine before and after each operation, mainly including checking the technical status of the equipment, checking the reliability of component assembly, checking the lubrication status of parts, and simple cleaning. Before each operation, check the fasteners and lubricate the parts; after operation, promptly clean the dirt on the surface of the deep loosening shovel to ensure good working conditions.
Standard maintenance is a reliable guarantee for the normal operation of deep loosening machines, which is more conducive to improving the quality of deep loosening and land preparation operations, extending the service life of deep loosening machines, and reducing energy consumption during operations.
(1) Basic maintenance. Basic maintenance refers to the maintenance and inspection before and after each operation of the deep loosening machine, mainly including checking the technical status of tools, checking the reliability of component assembly, checking the lubrication status of parts, and simple cleaning. Before each operation, check fasteners and lubricate parts; after operation, promptly clean dirt from the surface of the deep loosening shovel to ensure good working conditions.
(2) Maintenance before storage. First, clean the deep loosening machine to ensure that oil sludge and debris are thoroughly removed; second, check for wear and damage on major working components and repair or replace damaged or missing parts in a timely manner; third, key exposed metal components should be oiled to prevent rusting, and important bearings should be adequately greased; choose a dry and ventilated storage location, and support tools properly to prevent deformation of shovel tips. Tools must be reliably covered for long-term storage.
Problems during operation and solutions:
1. Uneven working depth
The reasons for uneven working depth include: deformation or improper installation of some loose soil bodies; tilting at the front end of the loosening shovel leading to excessive penetration angle; improper depth or horizontal adjustment of the deep loosening part; improper vertical adjustment of the towing frame. If working depth is uneven, carefully check and adjust the state of the deep loosening machine frame, deep loosening components, and lifting mechanism. Properly adjust the deep loosening shovel to ensure that its total height above the tip does not exceed 15 mm. Also check the level state of the deep loosening machine and adjust rods so that both front and rear frames meet horizontal working requirements.
2. Soil too loose after tillage
The reasons for overly loose soil after plowing include: large amounts of weeds wrapping around or large amounts of soil sticking to plow bodies causing significant soil disturbance; excessive forward speed leading to rapid soil cutting speed; improper installation causing abnormal soil stress. If soil is too loose after tillage, analyze the cause. If there are too many weeds in fields, they should be cleared promptly during operations; if plow bodies easily stick to soil, avoid operating on overly wet land as much as possible; check plow body levelness to ensure no deflection occurs.
3. Insufficient tillage depth
Reasons for insufficient tillage depth include: poor condition of loosening components or lifting devices leading to insufficient lowering depth due to improper installation or adjustment; difficulty penetrating hard soil due to dullness at shovel edges or entangled weeds; excessive soil resistance making operations difficult. For issues with insufficient tillage depth, first analyze soil conditions and plow bottom depth carefully before operations to determine a reasonable deep loosened depth; second, check lifting conditions of looseners for issues like stalling or slow lifting problems in a timely manner by adjusting hydraulic components as needed; match tractor power reasonably according to different soil conditions to avoid issues with insufficient power or forced operations.
