Disc plow

Tillage machinery that uses a disc plow body as its working component. The disc is usually a part of a hollow spherical surface, with its edge sharpened to facilitate cutting grass and entering the soil. The disc is supported individually on the bearings of the plow column, and the disc surface is angled with respect to the forward direction and the vertical direction, referred to as the angle of inclination α and the angle of tilt β.

Product Introduction

A tillage machine with a disc plow body as the working component. The disc is usually part of a hollow spherical surface, with its edge sharpened to facilitate cutting grass and entering the soil. The disc is supported individually on the bearings of the plow column, and the disc surface forms an angle with the forward direction and the vertical direction, referred to as the skew angle α and the tilt angle β. Generally, a standard disc plow has 3 to 6 disc bodies. During operation, the machine moves forward, and the disc rolls into the soil, causing the soil clod to rise along the concave surface of the disc while the scraping board assists in flipping and breaking the soil clod. The disc plow is suitable for heavy, dry, hard, stony, and root-filled soils.
