The Huandong® 1GQN/GN series rotary tiller adopts a central gear drive structure and is designed for tractors with 12-80 horsepower. This machine features a wide tilling width and symmetrical suspension to cover all wheel tracks. Due to its strong soil crushing ability and the flat surface of the soil after tilling, it is suitable for agricultural planting and land preparation before sowing. It can also chop up roots buried below the surface, facilitating the operation of seeders and providing a good seedbed for later sowing. It is categorized into three types based on the configuration of its rotary tiller shaft: horizontal, vertical, and inclined.

Product Advantages

The Huandong® 1GQN/GN series rotary tiller is mainly used for land preparation before planting and sowing in agricultural fields (can be paired with a rear-mounted press). It uses high-speed, ultra-hard manganese steel blades for tilling, which better protects the soil. After tilling, the surface is flat, loose, and finely crushed, meeting the agronomic requirements for meticulous farming. When working in wet or paddy fields, the excellent soil cutting reaction force can reduce the sinking and slipping of tractor tires, increasing traction. The rotary tiller is often used for land preparation for winter wheat sowing; water tilling and raking before rice transplanting or broadcasting; dry tilling and raking before peanut sowing; as well as tilling and raking in suburban vegetable fields and weeding in orchards. It is suitable for dry tilling and raking in paddy fields, water tilling and raking for double-crop rice; rotary tilling for green manure fields below 300 kg/acre, shallow tilling in medium to low saline-alkali soils; and tilling and raking in vegetable gardens.
