The GE-LM type residual film collector consists of a film collecting spring tooth and a frame. The film collecting spring tooth is fixed on the frame to transport and collect residual film. By analyzing the structure and movement of the film collecting spring tooth, an optimized design mechanical model for the film collecting mechanism was established. Mechanical principles and methods were used to optimize the design of the film collecting spring tooth, solving the problem of easy breakage. The front body of the hydraulic film collector uses a small soil-inserting shovel to penetrate the soil and expose the residual film, while the rear spring teeth perform secondary film collection. After the spring teeth are filled with residual film, the operator can control the automatic film unloading using the tractor's manual hydraulic cylinder. It is convenient, efficient, and quick.

It is suitable for the recovery of film in various crop fields, reducing white pollution. The front is equipped with a limited depth wheel to control the soil insertion depth of the small shovel.
